DVX stands for Differential Variation and eXpression analysis of gene expression data. It is an interactive program written in R and Shiny.

The source code is available as a zip file. You can install DVX by downloading the zip file and extracting the source code files on your computer, or run it using the runURL function (using RStudio) to run the program without installing the source code. See the documentation for instructions.
The documentation contains two case studies, using GEO DataSets 4430 and 5204. You can download the datasets, as well as detailed reports from the differential analysis by clicking on the links below:
